If you need help with your listing, verification, or job alerts, email us from the address on your account and we'll sort it out. Verification submissions are reviewed by hand, usually within two business days.
Safety
Always agree a scope and a price in writing before work begins, and keep your conversation on the platform so there's a record. Never send a deposit to someone who hasn't visited the job. If something feels wrong, stop and email us.
