Is there really no commission?
No commission. We don't process payments and we don't take a percentage. You and your tradie agree the price and settle it between yourselves.
Do verification badges cost anything?
No. Submitting your ID, trade licence, or insurance for verification is free and always will be — a badge means a document was checked, and charging for that would undermine the point of it.
Will the free tradie listing stay free?
Yes. If we ever launch a paid tier it will be additional visibility on top of the free listing, not a paywall in front of it.
